
Very Berry Smoothie

Packed with strawberries, bananas, raspberries, and blueberries, this healthy mix is naturally sweet and full of vitamins and antioxidants. This drink is quick, easy, and tasty. It’s the perfect way to get going in the morning or get your energy back in the afternoon.

Serving Size: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups of water
- 2 bags of green tea
- 1 banana, cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen, unsweetened blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen, unsweetened raspberries
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen, unsweetened strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (or flax seeds)
Directions:
- Add the water to a kettle or saucepan and bring the water to a boil. Pour the hot water into a cup and add the tea bags. Let steep for three minutes and then remove and discard the tea bags. Chill the tea in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
- Place the Greek yogurt, sliced banana, berries, raspberries, strawberries, and chilled tea into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and sprinkle the chia or flax seeds on top. Serve immediately.
